 Youth Council member and We Write South Philly High playwright Thien To was featured on local television channel PhilyCAM (Comcast 66/966 and Verizon 29/30) as part of a program produced by PhillyCAM and Philly Youth Radio entitled “Teen Sanctuaries” about places teens like to go to destress or create.
