Write On! 2012

Philadelphia Young Playwrights celebrated Write On! 2012 on May 1, 2012 at World Cafe Live.

Awardees:
Nancy and Kevin Stuski - Patron Award
Corporate Arts Education All-Stars for their support of arts education
2012 Adele Magner Memorial Award Teams - Joshua Lynch, Aime Kelly and Christine MacArthur of Central High School; Manna-Symone Middlebrooks, Kate McGrath and Josh Block of Science Leadership Academy

In addition to award presentations, the night was full of staged performances of student works and moving testimonies to the Young Playwrights program (not to mention a special performance from Board member and City Councilwoman Blondell Reynolds Brown!).

A big thanks goes out to the Youth Council (Joshua Lynch, Thien To, Manna-Symone Middlebrooks, Gina Dukes, Haley Gordon, BJ Tindal, Dave Harris and Charmira Nelson) for a great job hosting and performing!
