3/12/2012

On February 24, School Reform Commission chairman Pedro Ramos stopped by the classroom of Teacher Lori Odum and Teaching Artist Dwight Wilkins at Meade Elementary to see performances of student-written plays and interact with Meade student playwrights.

Said Mr. Ramos after his visit, “Hopefully, more schools will see the value of integrating arts as a rigorous way of engaging students academically at high levels.”
