She started at Young Playwrights in 2009 working in Development and Communications, and she now manages all Marketing, HR, Office Systems, and Special Events for the organization. In 2008, Lindsay co-founded and currently serves as Managing Director for Philadelphia’s Mauckingbird Theatre Company which, now in their 10th season, is committed to producing professional gay-themed theater. www.mauckingbird.org.
