Costume Design Challenge
Use this challenge to give your characters detail through their costumes!

You will need…
- A writing utensil (pen/pencil and paper)
- Colored pencils, crayons or markers if you have them
- Blank Figure (Printable with our guide, or draw your own!)
In Love is a Cliché - In a Café, 8th Grade playwright Claire Sun takes us to a bustling outdoor café where countless pairings of people find, lose, and sometimes even fabricate love.
Ready to be a costume designer? Using blank figures (or your own drawings), design clothes to show the differences AND similarities between each character and cliché. For example:
After you have designed these costumes….design YOUR perfect outfit! Express yourself! These characters may (or may not be) clichés, but YOU certainly aren’t. You are unique.
