Ali is a Bucks County native who has proudly called Philadelphia home since 2011. She is a graduate of Kutztown University, earning a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Theater. Theater has been a life-long passion and Ali has served many theaters and cultural institutions from front of house to arts administration capacities over the past decade, including Bristol Riverside Theatre, Walnut Street Theatre, Simpatico Theatre, EgoPo, The Philadelphia Museum of Art, and Lantern Theater Company. At the Lantern she has served as the External Relations Manager and then the Grants Manager for the past 5 years. She is thrilled to be joining Philadelphia Young Playwrights as their Administrative Coordinator and is looking forward to finding inspiration in all the young voices across Philadelphia.
